The Association of Water and Sanitation Institutions in South Africa is formally registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC). Our governance is led by a dedicated Governing Body acting as our Member Council or Board which is comprised of the Chairpersons of our Member Institutions. This body meets bi monthly to guide our strategic direction, oversee management, and protect the long-term interests of our members.
To ensure robust governance, ethical oversight, and operational excellence, the Board has established specialised sub-committees:
