The day to day operations and strategic execution of AWSISA are driven by our Management tier, also known as the Secretariat. During our current establishment phase, the organisation is supported by a full time Company Secretary, working alongside technical support teams and project managers seconded by Rand Water.
Our long term vision for the sector is outlined in the AWSISA Strategic Plan, which covers a ten year horizon from 2025 to 2035. The cornerstone of our business strategy is a comprehensive 10 Point Plan designed to drive sustainable Integrated Water Resource Management across South Africa.
